Meet Aleksandra (Ola) & Loran's home! Aleksandra and Loran, a Polish-Dutch couple based in Amsterdam Noord. They are passionate about good food, design, travel, music, sports. And anything bright and colourful. Together they have a design studio: MAK Studio.

Top:

I have the first MAKUS hob in Ireland and it's fantastic. I went for the MAKUS Moon. The colour complements my neutral toned kitchen and I have received so many compliments! The hob itself is effective and the downdraft is very powerful which is perfect for minimising the smell of cooking in the kitchen! I love the option of having a bigger ring where I can put a larger pan too!

The hob works fantastically: heats up quickly and with handy functions like a timer and boil-over protection. I chose the hob because of its amusing design; the idea of cooking on a piece of marble seemed spectacular to me. But I am particularly impressed with Merel's personal and fast service. The glass of my old MAKUS hob had broken due to a silly mistake, and I was able to have the other parts collected for recycling.

No areas for improvement, thank you again for the service!

The contact was very friendly and the slab itself is truly beautiful. As an interior designer, I definitely recommend working with these beautiful cooktops; it immediately elevates the kitchen to a much higher level.
