Makus is so special in color and so beautiful and stylish in our new kitchen, and also super user-friendly! It's truly an eye-catcher and definitely not an average induction hob! Moreover, the customer service is also very personal and friendly!!!

What a fantastic experience we've had with our Makus hob! For our new kitchen, we had been searching for a long time for a hob that was just a little different from the standard black glass plates you see everywhere. We wanted something special, something that would truly fit our interior. Initially, we considered Makus's beige version, which we already thought was beautiful. But during a visit to a local dealer, we suddenly saw the antique pink variant... and we were immediately sold. That color matches the rest of our house so beautifully – our stairs and bathroom also have antique pink accents – making everything come together perfectly. Truly unique and stylish. Finally, a hob that isn't boring, shiny black, but instead adds character and warmth to the kitchen. Although we didn't know the brand yet, we took the plunge anyway. And we haven't regretted it for a single second. From the moment we unpacked it, quality and design radiated from it. The installation went super smoothly; our installer was done in no time. The manual was also clear, logical, and well-written. We've been cooking with it daily for a month and a half now, and it's truly fantastic. Not only does everything work perfectly, but the hob is also a real eye-catcher. Everyone who enters our kitchen immediately reacts with: "Wow, this is beautiful!" What also pleasantly surprised us was the customer service. We had a question about a specific function with the grill plate and decided to get in touch. We were helped so friendly, personally, and engaged – truly exceptional these days. They messaged us, brainstormed with us, and ultimately even sent us a personalized video with clear explanations. You rarely experience that level of service anymore. In short: an absolute must-have. Beautiful design, top quality, and customer service with genuine attention to the customer. We are fans!

Our search for an induction hob with an extractor fan that would beautifully complement an emerald green quartzite worktop quickly led us to Makus. The 'moon' colour is soft and stylish, and perfectly integrated into the rest of our interior. Initially, there were some technical issues (we were in mid-2024, and the hob had just launched), but these were quickly and efficiently resolved by a technician who came to our home. Beautiful stylish product (Simply Pink). My wife chose the Simply Pink, which I was initially a bit skeptical about. The light pink hob fits stylishly with our wooden worktop and is a subtle, yet remarkable (in a positive sense) eye-catcher. Very user-friendly, sturdy, easy to keep clean and works well. I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you don't want a standard black hob. We wanted a slightly rustic kitchen with serene colours, and a ubiquitous black hob, which is mostly what's offered, didn't fit the vision I had. So, I started my own search and came across MAKUS, and the Moon was a bull's-eye. Merel also gave me a super spontaneous recommendation for an oven that would perfectly match the hob. I ordered a sample and immediately took it to my kitchen store. Together, we coordinated the kitchen colours and the worktop with the Moon sample. We've been enjoying our new kitchen for a while now, and the quality and ease of use of the Moon are also a perfect 10!

We are more than satisfied with our unique MAKUS (Simply Pink)! It's a beautiful color that matches our countertop well. The countertop is made of green-blue quartzite with a light vein structure that contains pink hues. MAKUS is pleasant and easy to use. And finally, contact with MAKUS is exactly as you'd want from a company: personal and pleasant.

We cooked a 5-course Christmas Eve dinner for 16 people on our new MAKUS MOON. It was a wonderful evening, and we received so many compliments on our cooktop. Especially on the color, because it's so special and so beautiful! We are truly super happy with it!

Nice design and color, but limited usability regarding the timer and cooking zones. The induction heat distribution is also limited (though it heats up quickly) – pans don't heat evenly. It's not due to my pans, which are Staub and Demeyere.

A newspaper article about particulate matter from gas cooking and an online search for 'induction hob with pattern' led to our beautiful MAKUS Terrazzo Dark. We can see that a lot of attention and care has gone into this induction hob. Quality! What also stands out is the lovely spaciousness in that corner of the kitchen. A seamless integration with the countertop. The journey to get there, and the pleasant contact with Merel, absolutely contributed to embracing induction.

We are extremely happy with our Simply Pink. Every time I walk into the kitchen, the beautiful hob brightens my day. It's a gorgeous color that also complements copper well and isn't overly sweet-pink. It's also very pleasant to use: easy to operate, convenient zones, and it's great that you can create an extra-large zone.

I hesitated for a long time about getting a hob with integrated extraction because they are not pretty and create a "black hole" on your countertop. When I saw the MAKUS Moon, I was immediately convinced. It's a real eye-catcher, but in combination with a stainless steel countertop, the MAKUS Moon blends in. Exactly what I was looking for. We had a light gray Gaggenau zoneless induction hob and were looking for a worthy replacement. Gaggenau only offered solemn black, and we wanted something different. It turns out Makus has dimensions that match Gaggenau. Very nice, because adapting an existing stainless steel countertop is impossible. We ordered the hob from Makus and it arrived within a week. What a joy. It works excellently, and with the combinable zones, we hardly notice any difference from zoneless. The hob looks stunning, something Makus truly excels at. Timers on all zones, no unnecessary fuss with clocks, language settings etc: it works very intuitively. You'll master the entire hob within 5 minutes.

After 1.5 years of use, I have to say that the Makus hob has been one of the best kitchen decisions! Spacious hob. Beautifully integrated into my worktop, and the power when cooking is great. Besides being a good quality product and the flex plate working properly, the looks are really the absolute highlight. When I have visitors, I sometimes jokingly place a sliced baguette with a knife on the hob as if it were a cutting board. Always brings a smile to their faces.

The conversion from a gas stove to an induction hob was actually very easy. After 2 hours, the old gas stove was removed and the new hob installed. A very nice hob and cooking is super easy. Highly recommended!

I recommend Makus because the product is beautiful. It's a joy to look at and to work on. Additionally, I initially had some issues with a plate that had a minor defect. Merel immediately came by with a replacement plate. Old-fashioned service, and it was great to be taken seriously right away.

I would definitely recommend MAKUS. First of all, because (as far as I know) it is the only manufacturer of induction cooktops that are not BLACK. So, it's an enhancement for your kitchen. Furthermore, the quality is very good. And finally: the service is excellent, simply because this isn't a multimillion-dollar business where you're just a number as a customer.

In June 2020, we purchased a honeycomb hob for our kitchen, which was yet to be installed. Due to circumstances, the kitchen was not installed until December 2021. Unfortunately, the hob didn't fit into the countertop; the counter was 40mm thick, and the hob was 55mm high. Adjusting it wasn't possible. What now? Selling it on Marktplaats? But who would want a new, unused hob that's almost two years old? No one, because it only had six months of warranty left. And that's where MakusKitchen's super service came in. The hob was listed on their website as a 'second chance appliance' with a €100 discount and a two-year warranty. It sold within a few weeks. The customer was happy with the €100 discount, and we were happy with a loss of only €100. It also deserves to be mentioned that Makus holds a deep appreciation for their products. Even after the sale, their commitment to the product remained. There was contact multiple times about the progress of the kitchen delivery. This is what you call super service and super customer-friendly, and therefore a score of 10.

Beautiful cooktop (Honeycomb) and convenient controls. Clear text and explanation about the dimensions of the cooktop and how to install the product. This allowed me to do it all myself (connected the plug and cut the composite worktop). Of course, switching from gas to induction takes some getting used to, but it's worth it for such a beautiful eye-catcher. The induction scraper recommended on the site is definitely needed for cleaning, but it works perfectly then.

I'd been putting off the switch from gas to induction for a long time. What stopped me was 'the hassle': finding a certified electrician to adapt the groups in the meter cupboard and a professional to cut my countertop. That 'hassle' turned out to be not so bad, because for my region, Makus collaborates with Kookplaat.info by Len Kranendonk. He adjusted my composite countertop and works closely with a network of electricians. I chose the 'Simply pink' induction hob, which sounds sweeter than it is. I fell for the old-rose, almost coppery, soft, warm colour. It's an enrichment to my kitchen, both in colour and in use. Of course, using it takes some getting used to: how high is which setting? I figured that out after a few days. To be honest, it also helped that when you lower the setting, the temperature drops immediately. It's also exciting that you can stroke the induction hob with your finger to turn it on or set the level higher or lower. No matches or failing flints needed. Just a (loving) touch...
