  • De verkopersgarantie op een MAKUS-inductieplaat is twee jaar.
  • Onder deze verkopersgarantie valt:
    • Een defect product bij levering. Dit dient binnen 14 dagen na levering gemeld te worden door een mail te sturen naar info@makuskitchen.com, met een beschrijving en indien mogelijk foto’s van het defecte product.
    • Een fabricagefout. 
  • Wat niet onder de verkopersgarantie valt:
    • Schade door oneigenlijk of onjuist gebruik, zoals:
      • Het laten inbranden van vloeistoffen en voedselresten.
      • Gebruik van onjuiste reinigingsmiddelen. 
      • Onjuist gebruik van de inductieplaat.Bijvoorbeeld: het gebruik van de inductieplaat als snijplank.
    • Een defect product door onjuiste installatie. We adviseren de inductiekookplaat te laten installeren door een vakbekwaam installateur. 
    • Gebruikssporen, zoals krasjes in het keramische glas. 
    • De kosten voor reparatie indien de inductiekookplaat aan de onderzijde is vastgekit.
  • Omdat de plaat van glas is willen wij erop wijzen dat deze kan breken. 
  • Klachten of (zichtbare) schade of gebreken aan de inductieplaat dienen op straffe van verval van recht binnen 14 dagen na levering van de plaat, gemeld te worden via info@makuskitchen.com
  • Alle schades kunnen slechts aanleiding geven tot vervanging van het geleverde dan wel, naar keuze van MAKUS, tot vergoeding van de schade ter hoogte van maximaal de koopsom van het geleverde. 
  • De MAKUS-inductieplaat blijft eigendom van MAKUS totdat de afnemer volledig heeft voldaan aan zijn betalingsverplichtingen.
  • Herroepingsrecht
    • Bij de aankoop van producten heeft de consument de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden gedurende 30 dagen na aflevering op het door de consument opgegeven afleveradres. De consument kan dit recht op herroeping uitoefenen door een mail te sturen naar info@makuskitchen.com. 
    • Tijdens de herroepingstermijn zal de consument zorgvuldig omgaan met het product en de verpakking.
    • Indien de consument gebruik maakt van zijn herroepingsrecht, komen ten hoogste de kosten van terugzending voor zijn rekening.
  • Op de overeenkomst is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.
  • Als plaats van levering geldt het adres dat de consument aan het MAKUS  kenbaar heeft gemaakt als afleveradres. MAKUS levert alleen in Nederland. 
MAKUS – Terms and conditions
  • The seller’s warranty on a MAKUS-cooktop is two years.
  • This seller’s warranty covers:
    • A defective product upon delivery. This should be reported within 14 days after delivery by sending an email to info@makuskitchen.com, with a description and if possible photos of the defective product.
    • A manufacturing defect.
  • The following is not covered by the seller’s warranty:
    • Damage due to improper or incorrect use, such as:
      • Burning in liquids and food residues.
      • Using incorrect cleaning agents. 
      • Incorrect use of the induction cooktop. For example: using the induction cooktop as a cutting board.
    • A defect product due to incorrect installation. We recommend having the induction cooktop installed by an approved qualified servicing company.
    • Signs of use, like scratches in the ceramic glass.
    • The cost of repair if the induction hob is glued to the underside of the ceramic glass.
  • As the plate is made of glass, we would like to point out that it can break.
  • Complaints or (visible) damage or defects to the induction cooktop should, on the penalty of the loss of rights, be reported within 14 days after delivery of the plate, via: info@makuskitchen.com
  • All damages can only give rise to replacement of the delivered goods or, at the discretion of MAKUS, to compensation of the damage up to maximum the purchase price of the delivered goods. 
  • The MAKUS-inductions cooktop remains the property of MAKUS until the customer has fully fulfilled the payment obligations.  
  • Right of revocation.
    • When purchasing products the customer has the possibility to terminate the agreement without an explicit reason within 30 days after delivery at the address provided by the customer. The customer can exercise this right of revocation by sending an email to info@makuskitchen.com
    • During the revocation period the customer should handle the packaging of the product with care.
    • If the customer makes use of his right of revocation, not more than the costs of returning the product shall be for his account.
  • This agreement is governed by the Dutch law.
  • The delivery location is considered to be the address provided by the consumer. MAKUS delivers only in the Netherlands.
